Bewuste Bouwers (Considerate Constructors)
The Bewuste Bouwers programme involves Strukton as a builder wanting to be a good neighbour. That means that we are also concerned with matters outside of the fences of the building site, matters like safety and ensuring a good relationship with those in the direct surroundings of the building site.

There are three main themes:

• Care for the surroundings
• Care for employees
• Care for the environment

Sustainability statement

Strukton supports sustainable purchasing and has a policy for socially responsible purchasing (SRP). Our goal is to always take the environment and social aspects into account when purchasing goods and services. 

Gedragscode Integer Zaken Doen (Code of Conduct)
Since 1999, Strukton has employed a Code of Conduct (.pdf - 592 kB) for doing honest business. This code of conduct describes the framework of what Strukton employees are permitted and not permitted when doing business.
