Cooperation provides a fertile breeding ground for renewal and creativity. Parties that bundle their strengths as good partners or co-makers can effectively capitalise on the available knowledge and expertise. For example to:
- stimulate integral thinking
- find innovative solutions
- convert tailor-made applications into creative concepts with an added value in terms of marketability or synergy.
Cooperation with Strukton
Strukton draws on that strength in both internal and external alliances. Not only in cooperating with knowledge institutes and universities, but especially in working together with customers.
Responsibility and cost savings
Cooperating with Strukton means working with a partner that assumes responsibility, not only for the products, but for the total lifecycle of structures or even environments. Strukton oversees the complete realisation chain from draft to operational phase and can play an active (directive) role throughout. Strukton commits the knowledge and expertise of the various bundled group companies and enters into alliances with parties both inside and outside the group. Customers can benefit from the bundled capabilities offered by Strukton, with cost savings running as high as 10% to 15%.
PPP-concessions
The challenge is to go beyond the realisation and delivery of projects. Strukton strives to assume a risk-bearing role and to take over responsibility for infrastructural and accommodation projects. Making suppliers (co-)responsible for long-term solutions practically always has a positive effect on quality. For that reason, Strukton opted in 1999 for a pioneering role in the area of concession-related projects in the further development of public private partnerships (PPP) in the Netherlands.
