There are regulations in place for both the Group Management Board and the management boards of the business units. In addition to duties, responsibilities and required approvals, these regulations also deal with representative authority.
Representative authority, including the authority to sign documents, is held by each individual member of the Management Board as well as other officers appointed for this purpose by the Management Board, subject to the restrictions as filed with the Chamber of Commerce.
