The recent takeover by Oranjewoud nv has given rise to the risk of Strukton being disqualified from tenders where the Oranjewoud consultancy and engineering firm was involved in the preliminary process leading up to the tender. Various agreements have been made to avoid a situation where the two parties take on incompatible roles for the same project. Implementation in the Netherlands is based on the Public Works & Water Management department’s Separation of Interests policy document.
